4. Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or dispute of a purchase, your account may be banned. This includes but is not limited to chargebacks initiated without contacting us first to resolve the issue. Chargebacks may result in a permanent ban on your account and any associated accounts.
5. Returning Player Items: If you are a returning player and have lost your purchased items due to a server reset, deed disbandment, or other technical issues, we may be able to restore your items. However, you must provide proof of purchase from PayPal in order to receive the items.
6. Modifications to the Terms of Service: We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. If any changes are made, we will post the updated terms of service on our website. By continuing to use our services after the changes have been made, you are agreeing to the updated terms of service.
