  • Before purchasing: Sign up for a Ko-fi account, setting your Display Name to your Character Name
  • After purchasing: Refer to your Ko-fi membership email for management options or contact us on Discord for assistance

Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing to support Genesis by purchasing digital goods from our store. While we're relaxed about purchases, we need to ensure compliance.

  1. Non-Refundable Items: All digital shop items are non-refundable. By purchasing, you agree not to request a refund without contacting us through email, support ticket, or Discord. We reserve the right to modify or remove items without prior notice.
  2. Payment and Delivery: Full payment is required before delivery. We accept various payment methods processed through Ko-fi. Once payment is complete, items will be delivered to your in-game account.
  3. Player Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring you have necessary resources or permissions to use purchased items. Inability to use items effectively is not grounds for refund.
  4. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us may result in account ban. This includes all associated accounts.
  5. Returning Player Items: For lost items due to server resets or technical issues, we may restore items if you provide proof of purchase from Ko-fi.
  6. Terms Modification: We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
